When you connect your Google account to Eden, our AI agents may access:
  • Calendar events (titles, descriptions, dates, times, locations)
  • Calendar metadata (calendar names, time zones)
  • Event attendee information
  • Event status and responses

How We Use Google User Data

Limited Use Disclosure

Eden’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use Google user data exclusively for the following purposes:
  • Agent Calendar Management: Your AI agent uses Google Calendar access solely to create, modify, and delete calendar events on your behalf as a community manager and planning facilitator
  • Event Coordination: To help your agent schedule and manage events for your community
  • User-Initiated Actions: All calendar operations are performed only at your direction or based on rules you configure for your agent
We do not use Google user data for:
  • Advertising or marketing purposes
  • Training general AI/ML models
  • Selling or sharing with third parties for their independent use
  • Any purpose other than providing the specific agent functionality you requested

How We Store Google User Data

  • Google Calendar data is stored in our secure MongoDB database
  • Data is associated only with your specific user account and agent configuration
  • Access to stored Google data is strictly limited to authorized Eden administrators
  • We retain Google user data only as long as necessary to provide the requested agent services

How We Share Google User Data

We do not share your Google user data with any third parties, except:
  • When required by law or legal process
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of Eden, our users, or others
  • With your explicit consent

Google Data Protection Measures

We implement the following security measures specifically for Google user data:
  • All Google user data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher
  • Data at rest is protected using industry-standard encryption
  • Google API credentials are stored securely and never exposed to unauthorized parties
  • Access to Google user data is restricted to essential personnel only

Revoking Google Access

You may revoke Eden’s access to your Google account at any time by:

  2. Finding Eden in the list of connected apps
  3. Clicking “Remove Access”
Upon revocation, your agent will no longer be able to access or manage your Google Calendar.

4. Retention of Information

We retain your information indefinitely for ongoing service improvement.

5. Sharing of Information

While we currently do not share your data with external parties, we reserve the right to share with:
  • Third-party service providers, including cloud storage and analytics services
  • Legal compliance or protection of Eden’s rights, property, or safety

  • All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security)
