Vesting Details#

  • Eden Operations: Available after 6 months
  • Team Equity: 12 month cliff, then 33.3% release, remaining 66.7% over months 13-36
  • Treasury: 200M for development and operations, 50M allocated to Liquidity Pool
  • Liquidity Pool: 5% of 50M (2.5M SPIRIT) released every 3 months from Treasury (20 releases over 5 years)

Forced Staking (12 Months)#

  • All non-LP allocations are automatically staked for 12 months
  • Tokens are locked and cannot be traded during this period
  • Revenue earning begins immediately while tokens are locked
  • No manual staking required - automatic upon distribution

Gradual Unlocking#

  • After 12 months: Tokens begin unlocking via linear vesting
  • Linear vesting: Gradual release over time, not all at once
  • Trading enabled: Unlocked portions can be traded freely
  • Continued revenue: Staked portions continue earning revenue

Liquidity Pool#

  • Upfront seeding: 20% LP allocation is seeded immediately
  • Trading enabled: LP tokens can be traded from day one
  • No lock period: LP allocation bypasses forced staking
